Payment due at pickup. Accepted methods of payment are check, cash, Venmo and credit card with a 3% fee.

To place an order for custom freezer beef (1/4, 1/2, or whole steer), click the link and you will be directed to our order sheet. Lead time is roughly 2-4 weeks. Standard butcher cut or custom cuts available on request.
